C.H. Robinson is hiring for a full-time Capacity Portfolio Representative to start spring/summer 2027.

The role blends inside sales, account management, and operations to grow and manage a carrier portfolio, matching the right truck with the right shipment on time and at the right price. You will engage with carriers, dispatchers, and drivers, build relationships, and deliver exceptional service while benefiting from comprehensive onboarding, top-tier training, and a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in inside sales, account management, and carrier relationships is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain carrier relationships through lead generation, cold calling, and referrals.
• Learn carriers’ goals, preferences, and capabilities to maximize relationships and satisfaction.
• Monitor account activity, identify inactive or underutilized accounts, and reactivate them.
• Leverage automated booking products and carrier websites to enhance efficiency and satisfaction.
