Job summary

Repowr, Inc. in Chattanooga is seeking a Carrier Manager who activates contracted carriers onto the platform, guiding them to their first reservation and promoting ongoing participation.

You will work closely with account management, internal operations, and the Director of Customer Success to resolve issues, reduce friction, and drive sustained carrier engagement and marketplace liquidity.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a related field.
• 2+ years in Carrier Manager, Customer Success or Account Management.
• Familiarity with carrier operations or supply chain workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the activation phase for newly contracted carriers, driving each to a first confirmed reservation as quickly as possible.
• Provide platform guidance, answer operational questions, and remove friction that delays a carrier's first transaction.
• Coordinate with account management to align carrier demand with trailer supply across listings.
• Collaborate with internal operations to resolve platform issues and vet credentials for reservations.
• Share carrier objections and feedback with the Director of Customer Success to inform process improvements.
• Maintain regular outreach with active carriers to encourage repeat reservations and consistent usage.
