Job summary

Converge is seeking a Customer Success / Carrier Relationship Manager to own strategic carrier-partner relationships, ensuring onboarding, engagement, platform adoption, and operational execution. You will serve as the primary liaison among underwriting, actuarial, claims, engineering, and distribution teams to drive seamless communication and issue resolution.

This role supports partner integration, training, and expansion initiatives, helping grow platform reach with current and future carrier

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in insurance (preferably cyber, specialty, or commercial P&C).
• Experience working with underwriting, distribution, broker relations, or carrier program operations.
• Demonstrated success in relationship-driven, customer-facing roles.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage carrier-partner onboarding, coordination, and expansion initiatives.
• Lead training on platform capabilities and workflow processes.
• Coordinate platform releases, enhancements, and support escalations.
• Provide feedback to product and engineering teams on market needs.
