Job summary

- Real product ops or TPM experience in cross-functional projects
- Experience handling timelines and stakeholder pressure in a B2B SaaS/platform environment
- Ability to scope honestly in engineering and client discussions
- Ownership mindset to drive decisions beyond orchestration
- Balance speed with rigorous planning and documentation

- Own carrier projects start to finish from scoping to launch and retro
- Translate carrier requirements into engineering work and surface conflicts early
