Qualifications

• Oversee client experience from shipment to long-term partnership (≤140 chars).
• Coordinate with carriers to ensure on-time, reliable service (≤140 chars).
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and grow account revenue (≤140 chars).

Responsibilities

• Manage customers with historical freight and grow relationships.
• Develop and expand new customers onboarded by the Sales Team.
• Collaborate with Sales Team to ensure needs are understood and supported.
• Achieve volume, gross profit $, and growth goals, as applicable.
• Oversee and train operations to assist with daily tasks.
• Carrier Vetting.
• Provide useful and timely updates during shipment lifecycles.
• Identify cross selling opportunities.
• Source capacity to meet customer needs.
• Assist with team to establish SOPs for Truckload Operations.
• Provide creative solutions for complex transportation situations.
