You will develop new carriers, expand opportunities, and monitor KPIs while delivering exceptional service. A Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of sales or logistics experience are required; on-site work five days a week.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required.
• 2+ years of Sales and customer service experience.
• Prior carrier sales logistics experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Procure, negotiate, and secure carriers to move freight to meet client needs.
• Provide consistent service to carriers and internal customers to grow the pipeline.
• Develop and grow carrier relationships via leads, cold-calling, and referrals.
• Analyze carriers and freight market to meet customers' freight needs.
• Aim to exceed monthly sales margin targets and meet KPIs.
• Proactively communicate with carriers and sales teams to fulfil commitments.
