Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with emphasis on Business or related field.
• Strong communication skills with a proven ability to engage via phone, email, and in person.
• Ability to build relationships with a wide variety of people including drivers, dispatchers, and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Establish and grow relationships with carrier partners to service customers’ needs with best-in-class service.
• Grow carrier relationships and volume while maintaining high service standards.
• Engage in the training/mentorship program and obtain industry certifications.
• Support and participate in the Career Development and KPI-focused activities within the Carrier team.
