Spot Inc. in Tampa, FL is seeking a Carrier Account Manager to build relationships with carriers, negotiate rates, and ensure exceptional service as part of a fast-paced logistics team.

This non-exempt role offers a $50,000 base pay with a ramp to commission in year one, plus medical/dental/vision benefits, PTO, and a 401(k). Onsite 5 days a week in Tampa. Start date is early February 2027.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of Sales and customer service experience.
• Prior carrier sales logistics experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT: procure, negotiate, and secure carriers to move freight cost-effectively and meet client needs.
• CUSTOMER GROWTH: deliver consistent service levels to carriers and internal customers to grow pipeline and capacity.
• RELATIONSHIPS: grow carrier relationships through lead generation, cold-calling, and referrals.
• FREIGHT OPERATIONS: analyze carriers and freight market to meet customer freight needs.
• RESULTS: achieve and exceed monthly sales margin expectations and maintain KPI targets.
• COMMUNICATION: coordinate with carriers and sales teams to fulfill commitments and resolve issues.
