Job summary

Morton Buildings is expanding its construction crews, offering weekly pay and attractive bonuses. New crew members can earn a $2000 bonus in their first year, plus $500 quarterly during the first year. Salaries range from $20.00 to $22.00 per hour, with weekly pay and ESOP participation.

Under supervision, you will learn Morton safety procedures, read construction plans, operate various tools, and contribute to framing, siding and roof work. 50% travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Building post-frame or carpentry experience preferred.
• Willingness to participate in a training program.
• A valid driver's license is preferred.
• Able to lift 50–100 pounds and work at heights.
• Available to work 9–10 hours during peak season.
• Travel may be required up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply safety and Morton procedures and standards.
• Read and build according to construction plans.
• Use tools and equipment to safely construct buildings.
• Frame walls and roof structures and install doors and siding.
• Work with crew in a safe, productive environment.
