Job summary

Morton Buildings, Inc. is seeking to expand our construction crews and employee owners. As part of the team, you will learn and apply safety procedures, read plans, and build post-frame structures using a variety of materials.

The role includes frequent lifting, travel as needed, and working with others to deliver quality buildings. You will earn $22.00 to $24.00 per hour, paid weekly, with a $2000 first-year bonus and a quarterly $500 retention bonus during the first year, plus competitive

Qualifications

• Experience in building construction or framing is preferred.
• Willingness to participate in a training program.
• A valid driver’s license is preferred.
• Able to lift heavy load and work at heights up to 40 feet.
• Position requires 20% travel, including overnight trips.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply Morton Buildings' safety and construction procedures.
• Read, understand, and build according to construction plans.
• Use tools and equipment to construct buildings safely and efficiently.
• Assemble footings, frames, doors, windows, and siding/roofing materials.
• Collaborate with crew in a safe, productive, and respectful environment.
