Job summary

Morton Buildings, Inc. seeks construction crew members to join our team. Earn $22.00 to $24.00 per hour, with weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package. New hires receive a $2,000 first-year bonus plus $500 quarterly bonuses during year one, and an ESOP opportunity.

Under the crew foreman, you will learn procedures, read plans, and construct buildings using various siding, roofing, and framing techniques. Expect travel up to 20% and a demanding but rewarding work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in building construction or framing preferred (on the job or in school).
• Willingness to participate in and complete a training program.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply Morton Buildings' safety and construction procedures and standards.
• Read, understand and build according to construction plans.
• Utilize tools and equipment to safely construct buildings.
• Frame walls and roof structures; install windows and doors; install siding and roofing materials.
• Travel up to 20% including overnight stays as needed.
