Job summary

Morton Buildings, Inc. is hiring construction crew members to join our expanding team. We offer a long history of over 120 years in post-frame construction and nationwide service with multiple plants and centers.

Earn $20.00 to $22.00 per hour, paid weekly, plus a $2,000 sign-on/first-year bonus and a $500 quarterly retention bonus. This role involves up to 50% travel and ongoing ESOP benefits, with emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in post-frame construction, carpentry or framing preferred.
• Willingness to participate in and complete a training program.
• A valid driver’s license is preferred.
• Available for 9–10 hour shifts during peak season.
• Able to follow directions and safety procedures.
• Able to lift 50 pounds, up to 100 occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply Morton Buildings' safety and construction standards.
• Read and build according to construction plans.
• Use tools and equipment to construct buildings safely and efficiently.
• Dig footings, frame walls and roof structures, install windows and doors.
• Install siding, roofing, and trim; maintain a safe, respectful work environment.
