Job summary

Alliance Ground International (AGI) in Tampa, FL seeks Office Agents to support customers through the shipping process, coordinate instructions, collect documents, and maintain compliance with TSA, FAA, and CBP rules.

You will retrieve import/export documents, handle cargo intake, and assist with data entry in company systems, while delivering professional customer service and safe, on-time operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• Authorizations to work in the United States if located in the U.S.
• Ramp and SIDA training or ability to obtain airport authority identification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Convey shipping instructions to the customer services counter.
• Retrieve import documents and deliver export documents to and from aircraft.
• Accept cargo according to TSA, FAA, Government, and Air Carrier rules.
• Release imported freight after CBP clearances and authorizations.
• Report documentation discrepancies and assist with resolutions.
• Enter data into the company information system and prepare freight transfer manifests.
• Maintain safety and comply with company procedures; participate in required trainings.
