Job summary

Alliance Ground International (AGI) is a leading ground handling provider serving 100+ airlines at 61 airports across the U.S. and Canada. Office Agents coordinate shipping details, handle compliance docs, and deliver professional customer service in a fast-paced setting.

Position requires lifting up to 70 pounds, ability to work flexible hours, and adherence to safety protocols. Prior cargo or logistics experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Authorization to work in the United States required.
• Good English communication, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Convey shipping instructions to the customer services counter.
• Retrieve import documents and deliver export documents to and from aircraft.
• Accept cargo in accordance with TSA, FAA and IATA regulations.
• Release imported freight after CBP clearances and authorizations.
• Collect air freight charges and assist with data entry in the information system.
• Handle customer calls professionally and resolve discrepancies as directed.
• Work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
