Job summary

Alliance Ground International (AGI) is a leading ground handling company serving 100+ airlines across 61 airports in the U.S. and Canada. Office Agents coordinate shipping details, prepare compliance documents, and provide customer service throughout the shipping process.

Responsibilities include handling import/export documents, TSA/FAA compliance, and data entry while ensuring safety and accuracy. Flexible hours, with nights, weekends, and holidays as needed, are required.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Intermediate computer skills with Microsoft Office.
• Basic math for payment transactions.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Time management and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Convey shipping instructions to the customer services counter.
• Retrieve import documents and deliver export documents to and from aircraft.
• Accept cargo per TSA, FAA, and government rules; handle dangerous goods per IATA/FAA rules.
• Release imported freight after CBP clearances and authorizations.
• Collect air freight charges and handle customer calls professionally.
• Document discrepancies and assist with issue resolution.
• Enter data into the company information system and prepare manifest paperwork.
