Job summary

Alliance Ground International (AGI) is seeking Office Agents to support customers in the shipping process by coordinating details, completing compliance documentation, and delivering friendly service at our U.S. airports.

You will handle import/export paperwork, communicate with customers, and ensure adherence to TSA, FAA, and IATA regulations. The role requires physical stamina, ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends, and proficiency with Microsoft Office in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Authorization to work in the United States if located in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Convey shipping instructions to the customer services counter.
• Retrieve import/export documents and deliver to/from aircraft.
• Accept cargo in accordance with TSA, FAA, and other rules/regulations.
• Handle dangerous goods per FAA and IATA regulations.
