Job summary

Family Resource Home Care is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our remote team. You will drive caregiver recruitment at a high volume, manage ATS workflows, screen resumes, and schedule 6–10 phone interviews daily.

The role reports to the TA Manager and emphasizes metrics-driven performance. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in high-volume recruitment, demonstrates the ability to hire 40+ caregivers per month, and can provide examples of performance improvements in hiring

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in high-volume recruiting.
• Experience with hiring 40+ employees per month.
• Ability to manage full-cycle recruiting from posting to offer.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-volume caregiver recruitment from posting to offer.
• Manage applicant tracking system workflow and keep stages updated.
• Screen resumes and coordinate interviews; support TA processes.
