Job summary

Care Finders, Inc. is seeking compassionate caregivers for short shift opportunities in Somerville and surrounding areas. Earn up to $22/hr plus extra money through our Caregiver Rewards Program.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in English.
• Available to work in Somerville, Cambridge and surrounding areas.
• Willingness to work short hour cases.
• Reliable transportation to client homes is required.

Responsibilities

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes.
• Assist with daily activities (dressing, bathing, meals) including standing and walking.
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines.
• Communicate concerns and safety issues as needed.

Skills

Job Responsibilities:

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Help with daily carelike bathing, dressing, toileting, and meals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Communicate concerns and escape safety issues as needed
