Job summary

Care Finders, Inc. is seeking a caring caregiver to provide one-on-one in-home support in Amesbury, MA and surrounding areas. Short shifts and reliable transportation are required. Proficiency in English and MA HHA/Personal Care Homemaker certification are preferred.

The role focuses on comfort, companionship, daily living assistance, and health-support tasks in clients' homes, with options for flexible scheduling and ongoing skill-building with our team.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation required.
• Active MA Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Homemaker certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comfort and companionship to clients in their homes.
• Assist with daily activities (dressing, bathing, meals) and mobility tasks.
• Help with daily care such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and meals.
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines.
• Communicate concerns and safety issues as needed.

Job Responsibilities:

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Help with daily carelike bathing, dressing, toileting, and meals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Communicate concerns and escalated safety issues as needed
