We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our nursing team as Resident Assistants/Caregivers. You will make a difference in residents' lives by assisting with daily activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care, grooming, hygiene, housekeeping, laundry, social interactions, and meals.
• Monitor residents' physical and emotional comfort and respond appropriately.
• Document tasks, resident records, and service agreements.
• Communicate effectively with staff regarding urgent needs and concerns.
• Manage assigned tasks within scheduled shifts and adhere to policies and safety guidelines.

Previous experience is preferred but not required.
