Position Details

We are seeking outstanding individuals to join our nursing team as Resident Assistants/Caregivers. You will make a difference by assisting residents with daily activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care, grooming, hygiene, housekeeping, laundry, social interactions, and meals.
• Monitor residents' physical and emotional well-being and respond appropriately.
• Document tasks such as shift reports, resident records, and service agreements.
• Communicate clearly and confidentially with staff, especially regarding urgent needs and concerns.
• Manage assigned tasks within scheduled shifts efficiently.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Previous experience is preferred but not required. Legend Senior Living is a drug-free workplace; drug screening will be conducted. The role may require working evenings and weekends.
