We are seeking outstanding individuals to join as Resident Assistants/Caregivers, making a difference by assisting residents with daily activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care, grooming, hygiene, housekeeping, laundry, social interactions, and meals.
• Monitor residents' physical and emotional comfort, responding as needed.
• Document tasks such as shift reports, resident records, and service agreements.
• Communicate effectively with staff regarding urgent needs and concerns.
• Manage assigned tasks within scheduled shifts, adhering to policies and safety guidelines.
