We seek outstanding individuals to join our nursing team as Resident Assistants/Caregivers. Your role will be to make a positive impact on residents' lives by assisting with activities of daily living.

• Perfect attendance bonus: $75 for full-time (up to $1,950/year), $35 for part-time (up to $910/year)
• Shift differential: $1+ per hour depending on shift and location

• Assist residents with daily care: personal hygiene, grooming, housekeeping, laundry, social activities, meals
• Monitor residents' physical and emotional well-being and respond appropriately
• Document tasks: shift reports, resident records, service agreements
• Communicate clearly and confidentially with staff and healthcare team
• Manage assigned tasks within scheduled shifts
• Follow policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
