Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our nursing team as Resident Assistants/Caregivers. You will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on residents' lives by assisting with activities of daily living.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care, grooming, hygiene, housekeeping, laundry, social interactions, and meals.
• Monitor and respond to residents' physical and emotional needs.
• Document activities and communicate effectively with staff and management.
• Manage tasks efficiently within scheduled shifts.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Previous experience is preferred but not required.
