Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving in Killeen, TX is seeking a Recruiting Manager who will work with the Scheduling Manager and report to the Operating Director. The role focuses on recruiting, onboarding, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.

You will share on-call duties with other managers and help manage caregiver recruitment, intake, client care, and compliance to uphold service quality across locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates and/or Bachelor's degree; may substitute with education/experience.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Valid state auto insurance proof required.

Responsibilities

• Manage caregivers, including hiring and termination.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard caregivers weekly.
• Handle after-hours on-call duties for clients, caregivers, and referrals.
• Provide general operational and administrative support to the Operating Director.
• Assist with intakes and ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain high-quality client service from calls to in-home visits.
• Ensure compliance with operating standards and state rules.
