Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving seeks a Recruiting Manager to support the Operating Director. You will recruit, onboard, and manage caregivers while providing office and program support. You will share after-hours on-call duties and help ensure client satisfaction and compliance.

This role emphasizes caregiver supervision, recruiting efficiency, and strong communication with clients and staff. A fast-paced office environment with travel as needed is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in recruiting, onboarding, and HR admin is preferred.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Caregiver management including hiring and termination.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard caregivers weekly.
• Provide general operational and administrative support.
• Assist with intakes and in-home assessments for client satisfaction.
• Ensure high-quality client service from calls to in-home visits.
• Adhere to operating standards and state compliance.
• Share after-hours on-call scheduling and urgent changes.
