Cornerstone Caregiving in Lexington, KY is seeking a Recruiting Manager to support the Scheduling Manager and Operating Director with recruiting, administrative and operating duties. The role includes sharing on-call responsibilities and ensuring smooth office operations and client care.

The position requires a high school diploma or higher, ± travel as needed, and the ability to manage caregivers through hiring, onboarding, and ongoing supervision.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' experience in administration, sales, customer service, and human resources in an office setting.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance required.
• Ability to travel as needed for various sales, marketing, and client care service needs.
• Experience recruiting caregivers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Caregiver management: hiring and terminating caregivers as needed.
• Recruiting: interviewing, hiring, and onboarding caregivers weekly.
• On-Call: managing after hours calls and schedule changes.
• General office support to the Operating Director.
• In-home assessments: support intakes and ensure client satisfaction.
• Client care: ensure high-quality service from calls to in-home care.
