Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in home care/healthcare.
• At least 1 year of managerial experience.

• Willing to join and help grow a new office.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting: interview, hire, onboard, and train caregivers.
• Customer Service: assist with incoming calls from clients and caregivers.
• Administration: provide general operational support to the Operating Director.
• On-Call: rotate managing phone calls after hours to ensure shifts are staffed.
