Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking a Recruiting Manager to work with the Scheduling Manager and report to the Operating Director. The role provides recruiting, administrative and operating support for the office, and shares on-call duties with other managers.

Responsibilities include caregiver management, weekly recruiting and onboarding, after-hours call handling, general office support, conducting intakes, and ensuring high-quality client service and compliance with state requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree; may be substituted by education/experience.
• Valid driver's license and state auto insurance proof.
• Minimum two years’ experience in admin, sales, customer service or HR in an office.

Responsibilities

• Caregiver management including hiring and termination.
• Recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding caregivers weekly.
• On-call responsibility for after-hours scheduling with clients/caregivers.
• General office support to the Operating Director.
• Assist with in-home assessments and client satisfaction.
• Ensure high-quality client service and compliance with standards.
