Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking a hands-on Office Manager to lead recruiting, onboarding and scheduling for our in-home care team. You will recruit caregivers, onboard new hires, and train staff while supporting client relations and daily operations.

The role requires at least one year in home care or healthcare and managerial experience in a fast-paced environment. You will report to the local Operating Director and help grow the office.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in home care/healthcare.
• At least one year of managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• Recruit caregivers: interview, hire, onboard and train.
• Assist incoming calls from clients and caregivers.
• Provide general operational support to the Operating Director.
• Rotate after-hours on-call phone coverage to ensure staffing.
