Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking a Recruiting Manager who will work closely with the Scheduling Manager and report to the Operating Director to provide recruiting, administrative, and operating support for the office. The role also entails sharing on-call responsibilities with other managers to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Caregiver Management: Manage caregivers, including hiring and terminating as needed.
• Recruiting: Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard caregivers weekly.
• On-Call: Manage after-hours calls from clients, caregivers, and referrals; address urgent schedule changes.
• General Office Support: Provide general operational and administrative support to the Operating Director.
• In-home Assessments: Support intakes and ensure client satisfaction.
• Client Care: Ensure high-quality client service from calls to in-home consultations.
• Compliance: Adhere to operating standards and state-specific compliance requirements.
