Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving in Manchester, NH is seeking a Recruiting Manager to support our office operations under the Operating Director. You will lead caregiver recruitment, onboarding, and scheduling support, while sharing on-call responsibilities to address urgent schedule changes.

This exempt role requires strong recruiting experience, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced home-care environment, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associates or Bachelor Degree preferred; substitution with education/experience possible.
• Minimum two years in admin, sales, customer service, or HR management.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance proof required.

Responsibilities

• Caregiver management: hire, terminate, and oversee staff as needed.
• Recruiting: interview, hire, and onboard caregivers weekly.
• On-call: manage after-hours calls and schedule changes.
• General office support for the Operating Director.
• In-home assessments: assist with intakes and client satisfaction.
• Client care: ensure high-quality service from calls to visits.
• Compliance: follow operating standards and state rules.
