Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving is a nationwide home care provider focused on helping seniors age in place with dignity and quality care. The Hiring Manager will support recruiting, scheduling, and office operations under the Operating Director, and share on-call duties with other managers.

Position requires managing caregivers, coordinating onboarding, and maintaining client satisfaction, with limited travel and a strong emphasis on compliance and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associates and/or Bachelor Degree; may substitute Degree with education/experience; and two years’ admin/HR/sales office experience.
• Valid drivers license.
• Valid state auto insurance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Caregiver management: hiring and terminating caregivers as needed.
• Recruiting: interviewing, hiring, and onboarding caregivers weekly.
• On-call: manage after-hours calls and schedule changes.
• General office support for the Operating Director.
• In-home assessments: assist intakes and ensure client satisfaction.
• Client care: deliver high-quality service from calls to in-home visits.
• Compliance: follow operating standards and state regulations.
