Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving is a nationwide home care provider serving seniors across 300+ locations. The Recruiting Manager will partner with the Scheduling Manager and report to the Operating Director, delivering recruiting, administrative, and operating support for the office.

Responsibilities include hiring and onboarding caregivers weekly, sharing on-call duties, conducting intakes, and ensuring high-quality client care while maintaining compliance with state standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associates and/or Bachelor Degree; may substitute Degree requirement with a combination of education/experience; and minimum of two years’ experience as Administrator and/or managing sales, customer service, and human resources functions within an office setting
• Valid driver's license
• Valid state required proof of auto insurance
• Experience with direct recruitment, hiring, and oversight of frontline employees
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Manage caregivers, including hiring and terminating.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard caregivers weekly.
• On-Call: manage after hours calls and schedule changes.
• Provide general office support to the Operating Director.
• In-home Assessments: support intakes and client satisfaction.
• Client Care: ensure high-quality client service from calls to in-home consultations.
• Adhere to operating standards and state compliance requirements.
