Cornerstone Caregiving in Lexington, KY seeks a Recruiting Manager to partner with the Scheduling Manager and Operating Director. The role focuses on recruiting, administrative support, and on-call responsibilities to optimize caregiver staffing and client service.

Responsibilities include managing caregivers, weekly recruitment/onboarding, after-hours calls, and general office support to ensure smooth operations and high client satisfaction. Limited travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associates and/or Bachelor's degree; may substitute with education/experience; two years’ experience in administration, sales, customer service, and HR in an office setting.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Valid state auto insurance proof.

Responsibilities

• Caregiver management: hiring, terminating caregivers as needed.
• Recruiting: conduct recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding weekly.
• On-call: manage after-hours calls and schedule changes.
• General office support for Operating Director.
• In-home assessments: assist with intakes and ensure client satisfaction.
• Client care: ensure high-quality service from calls to in-home consultations.
• Compliance: adhere to operating standards and state-specific requirements.
