Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking a Recruiting Manager to work closely with the Scheduling Manager and Operating Director. You will handle recruiting, onboarding, and caregiver management while sharing on-call responsibilities.

The role requires strong organizational and people skills in a fast-paced home care setting. Travel is limited, and duties include client intake support, ensuring client satisfaction, and adherence to compliance standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred; may substitute degree with education/experience.
• Minimum two years’ experience as administrator and/or managing sales, customer service, and HR within an office setting.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance are required.

Responsibilities

• Caregiver management: hire and terminate caregivers as needed.
• Recruiting: interview, hire, and onboard caregivers weekly.
• On-call: manage after-hours calls and urgent schedule changes.
• General office support for the Operating Director.
