Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking a Recruiting Manager to support scheduling and operations under the Operating Director. The role focuses on recruiting, administrative tasks, and sharing on-call responsibilities to maintain service levels.

The candidate will manage caregivers, conduct weekly recruiting/hiring/onboarding, handle after-hours calls, and provide general office support while ensuring compliance and client satisfaction in a fast-paced home-care environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using technology and office software.
• Experience in direct recruitment and overseeing frontline staff.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Caregiver management: hire, evaluate, and terminate caregivers as needed.
• Recruiting: interview, hire, and onboard caregivers weekly.
• On-Call: manage after-hours calls from clients, caregivers, and referrals.
• General Office Support: assist Operating Director with admin tasks.
• In-home Assessments: support intakes and ensure client satisfaction.
• Client Care: ensure high-quality service from first contact to visits.
• Compliance: follow operating standards and state requirements.
