Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking a Recruiting Manager to partner with the Scheduling Manager and Operating Director to streamline caregiver recruitment, onboarding, and scheduling support across our offices. The role emphasizes on-call coverage and hands-on administration to ensure smooth operations.

You will lead caregiver hiring, drive weekly recruitment cycles, and maintain strong client service standards while upholding compliance across locations. Travel is limited as needed.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working with technology and recruiting software.
• Experience with direct recruitment, hiring, and oversight of frontline employees.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Caregiver management: hiring and terminating caregivers as needed.
• Recruiting: interview, hire, onboard caregivers weekly.
• On-Call: manage after-hours calls and schedule changes.
• General Office Support: assist Operating Director with daily tasks.
• In-home Assessments: support intake processes and client satisfaction.
• Client Care: ensure high-quality service from calls to visits.
• Compliance: follow operating standards and state requirements.
