Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking a Recruiting Manager to partner with the Scheduling Manager and report to the Operating Director. The role focuses on recruiting, administrative support, and on-call coverage to ensure smooth office operations.

You will oversee caregiver recruitment, interviews, hiring, onboarding, and periodic on-call management while maintaining high-quality client service and compliance with state requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment and onboarding of frontline employees.
• Ability to manage caregivers including hiring and terminations as needed.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in a fast-paced office setting.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard caregivers each week.
• Manage caregiver staff including hiring and termination decisions.
• Share on-call responsibilities and handle after-hours calls and schedule changes.
