Job summary

Westmont Living, Inc. in Chula Vista, California, is seeking compassionate caregivers to assist our residents with daily living tasks and promote a safe, clean environment. Tasks include helping with personal care, housekeeping, and observing resident conditions. We offer competitive pay, daily meals, and a supportive workplace. Candidates must pass health screenings and background checks. Opportunities for both NOC and PM shifts are available.

Qualifications

• Must have criminal record clearance prior to initial presence in the community.
• Must pass all health screen such as Physical, TB, Drug test.
• Must have current basic first aid or obtain within first 30 days of hire.

• Assisting residents with ADL tasks including housekeeping tasks and serving meals.
• Keeping environment safe and clean for all residents.
• Observing residents for safety and reporting any change of condition.

What we need from you:

• Assisting residents with ADL tasks including housekeeping tasks, making beds, serving meals,
  • assisting with personal laundry, assisting with showers, assisting with toileting, dressing, undressing, oral care, hair care, transfers and ambulation and any other needs addressed on the resident service plan.
• Keeping environment safe and clean for all residents.
• Observing residents for safety, and report any change of condition or other pertinent information to supervisor.
