Job summary

Westmont Living Morgan Hill is seeking a compassionate CAREGIVER to support residents in independent and assisted living, memory care, and daily activities.

You will assist with ADL tasks, maintain a safe, clean environment, observe for changes in condition, and report to your supervisor. We offer competitive pay, daily pay, full benefits after 30 days, 401(k) match, tuition assistance, life insurance, and training.

Qualifications

• Criminal record clearance prior to initial presence in the community.
• Pass health screens (Physical, TB, Drug test).
• First aid certification or obtain within first 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADL tasks including housekeeping tasks, making beds, serving meals; assist with personal laundry, showers, toileting, dressing, undressing, oral care, hair care, transfers and ambulation.
• Keep environment safe and clean for all residents.
• Observe residents for safety, and report any change of condition or other pertinent information to supervisor.

What we need from you:

• Assisting residents with ADL tasks including housekeeping tasks, making beds, serving meals,
  • assisting with personal laundry, assisting with showers, assisting with toileting, dressing,
  • undressing, oral care, hair care, transfers and ambulation and any other needs addressed on the resident service plan.
• Keeping environment safe and clean for all residents.
• Observing residents for safety, and report any change of condition or other pertinent

information to supervisor

• Must have criminal record clearance prior to initial presence in the community
• Must pass all health screen such as Physical, TB, Drug test
• Must have current basic first aid or obtain within first 30 days of hire.
