Job summary

Westmont Living, Inc. is hiring a compassionate CAREGIVER to assist residents with daily living activities and everyday tasks. You will support meals, mobility, and personal care within a warm, homelike senior living environment.

Qualifications

• Must have criminal record clearance prior to initial presence in the community.
• Must pass health screenings such as Physical, TB, and Drug test.
• Must have current basic first aid or obtain within first 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADL tasks including housekeeping and serving meals.
• Help with personal laundry, showers, toileting, dressing, and transfers as per care plan.
• Keep environment safe and report any changes to supervision.

What we need from you:

• Assisting residents with ADL tasks including housekeeping tasks, making beds, serving meals,
  • assisting with personal laundry, assisting with showers, assisting with toileting, dressing,
  • undressing, oral care, hair care, transfers and ambulation and any other needs addressed on the resident service plan.
• Keeping environment safe and clean for all residents.
• Observing residents for safety, and report any change of condition or other pertinent information to supervisor

• Must have current basic first aid or obtain within first 30 days of hire.
