Job summary

Trustwell Living, LLC is seeking a dedicated Caregiver (HCA)/Certified Nurse Assistant to support residents with dignity and compassion in a warm, home-like environment where purpose and positivity are valued. You will assist with ADLs, transfers, bathing, toileting, and mobility per resident plans, and build meaningful relationships with residents as part of a supportive community.

Job description

• Full-time and Part-time $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
• Day: 6:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
• Evening: 2:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
• NOC: 9:30 p.m. - 6:30 a.m.

As a Caregiver (HCA)/ Certified Nurse Assistant, you are responsible for the following:

• Adhere to and convey a philosophy of supporting dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents.
• Assist with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, and assistance with other care while encouraging self-care and independence.
• Provide services as indicated on resident service plans, including but not limited to bathing assistance, toileting assistance, transfer, and mobility assistance.
• Build relationships with the amazing people who live in our community.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma/GED
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role preferred.
• CNA or HCA when required by the state
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Able to read, write, and verbally communicate in English
