Job summary

Trustwell Living is seeking compassionate Caregivers and CNAs to join our on-call care team in Camas, WA. You will support residents with daily living activities, dignity, privacy, and independence, providing respectful, home-like care.

We offer on-call shifts with competitive hourly wages ranging from $19.00 to $23.00 per hour. Requirements include English communication, lifting up to 50 pounds, and a willingness to obtain CNA certification as required by state law.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role preferred.
• CNA when required by the state.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to read, write, and verbally communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to a philosophy of supporting dignity, privacy, independence, and a home-like environment for residents.
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility while encouraging self-care.
• Provide services per resident service plans, including bathing, toileting, and transfers.
• Build relationships with residents in the community.

As a Caregiver/ Certified Nurse Assistant, you are responsible for the following:

• Adhere to and convey a philosophy of supporting dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents.
• Assist with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, and assistance with other care while encouraging self-care and independence.
• Provide services as indicated on resident service plans, including but not limited to bathing assistance, toileting assistance, transfer, and mobility assistance.
• Build relationships with the amazing people who live in our community.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role preferred.
• CNA when required by the state
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Able to read, write, and verbally communicate in English
