Job summary

Trustwell Living at Cimarron Place is seeking compassionate Caregivers and CNAs to join our resident-focused care team. You will provide dignified support, assist residents with ADLs, hygiene, transfers, and mobility, and follow individualized service plans with empathy.

Ideal candidates show genuine interest in geriatric care, hold a high school diploma, and are willing to obtain CPR/First Aid certification.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of the current state-specific certification, where required.
• Be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification.
• Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment.
• Must be available some weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to and convey a philosophy of supporting dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents.
• Assist with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, and assistance with other care while encouraging self-care and independence.
• Provide services as indicated on resident service plans, including but not limited to bathing assistance, toileting assistance, transfer, and mobility assistance.
• Build relationships with the amazing people who live in our community.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Completion of state-specific certification

CPR/First Aid Certification (willing to obtain)
