Job summary

Trustwell Living at Eagle Pointe Place is seeking Caregivers and CNAs to join our compassionate care team focused on person-centered service for our residents.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent and state certification where required, with willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid. Weekend and holiday availability is preferred as part of our caregiving schedule.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of the current state-specific certification, where required.
• Be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification
• Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment
• Must be available some weekends and holidays*

Responsibilities

• Adhere to and convey a philosophy of supporting dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents.
• Assist with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, and assistance with other care while encouraging self-care and independence.
• Provide services as indicated on resident service plans, including but not limited to bathing assistance, toileting assistance, transfer, and mobility assistance.
• Build relationships with the amazing people who live in our community.
