Job summary

We Care Senior Care is seeking in-home caregivers in Spring Hill, TN to provide overnight care and companionship to seniors in their homes. This role focuses on safety, dignity, and personalized support in a home setting.

Join a compassionate team with opportunities for overtime and flexible scheduling. Training is provided to help you deliver high-quality care and build meaningful relationships with clients and families.

Qualifications

• Heart of an in-home caregiver and strong communication skills.
• Experience in caregiving, assisted living, or CBRF a plus. CNA, home health aide, or resident assistant experience desired - but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and medication reminders.
• Provide toileting and incontinence care.
• Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and assist with errands.
• Support client safety, well-being, and report changes to the care team.
• Support clients with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other cognitive conditions.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and their families.
