Job summary

We Care Senior Care, Inc. is a proud Home Instead franchise focused on helping seniors stay safe and cared for at home. We are urgently hiring today for overnight, 12-hour, full-time caregiver positions with immediate start.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving, assisted living, or CBRF is a plus but not required.
• CNA, home health aide, or resident assistant experience desired, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and medication reminders.
• Provide toileting and incontinence care
• Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and assist with errands
• Support client safety, well-being, and report changes to the care team
• Support clients with Alzheimer's, dementia, and other cognitive conditions
• Build trusted relationships with clients and their families
