Job summary

We Care Senior Care, Inc. is a Home Instead franchise hiring caregivers to help seniors stay safe and cared for in their homes. Evening and overnight 12-hour shifts are available immediately to meet urgent caregiving needs.

Join a team that prioritizes compassion, reliability, and respect as you assist with daily living activities and provide companionship in a home setting.

Qualifications

• Heart of an in-home caregiver and strong communication skills.
• Experience in caregiving, assisted living, or CBRF a plus. CNA, home health aide, or resident assistant experience desired - but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and medication reminders.
• Provide toileting and incontinence care
• Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and assist with errands
• Support client safety, well-being, and report changes to the care team
• Support clients with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other cognitive conditions
• Build trusted relationships with clients and their families
