Job summary

We Care Senior Care, Inc. is urgently hiring caregivers to provide in-home care, helping seniors stay safe and independent in their own homes.

Join a compassionate team and make a real difference by delivering daily living support, companionship, and reliable care on overnight shifts. Responsibilities include bathing, mobility assistance, medication reminders, light housekeeping, meal prep, and reporting changes to the care team.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving, assisted living, or related settings is valued.
• Strong communication skills and a heart for in-home care.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, mobility, and medication reminders.
• Provide toileting and incontinence care as needed.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Prepare meals, do light housekeeping, and run errands.
• Support client safety and report changes to the care team.
• Assist clients with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other conditions.

Caregiver Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and medication reminders.
• Provide toileting and incontinence care
• Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and assist with errands
• Support client safety, well-being, and report changes to the care team
• Support clients with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other cognitive conditions
• Build trusted relationships with clients and their families

Essential Qualifications

• Heart of an in-home caregiver and strong communication skills
• Experience in caregiving, assisted living, or CBRF a plus. CNA, home health aide, or resident assistant experience desired - but not required
